Enrolment renewal procedures for second and third year courses and fuori corso

Bachelor's and Master's Degree Courses Academic year 2024/2025

Online applications for enrolment on second and third year bachelor’s degree courses and second year master’s degree courses for the academic year 2024/2025 must be submitted from from 1 August to 20 September 2024 , with payment of the 1st instalment to be made no later than 20 September 2024.

It is possible to renew enrolment through the reserved area in the IULM University online services, under "Registration."

On applying for enrolment, students must read carefully the Regulations for university fees and contributions for the academic year 2024/2025 for students enrolled in Bachelor's and Master's degree courses.
Students renewing enrolment in 2nd and 3rd year courses who wish to be allocated different contribution bands from the previous year must fill in the ISEE form online between May 3 to October 31, 2024.

As the allocation of the contribution band is limited exclusively to the academic year of enrolment, the declaration must be submitted annually.

The enrolment fee and contributions are payable in three instalments:

• First instalment: by 20 September  2024. The payment slip will be available in the Online Services section from 1 August 2024.
• Second instalment: by 13 December 2024 (the amount will vary according to the contribution band allocated). The payment slip will be available in the Online Services section from 3 December 2024.
• Third instalment: by 31 March2025 (the amount will vary according to the contribution band allocated). The payment slip will be available in the Online Services section from 17 February 2025 (beginning of 2nd semester lessons).

Any late payment will incur a penalty of €50 for single payments up to €3,000, and a penalty of €100 for higher amounts. In addition, all teaching and administrative activities will be blocked.

"Fuori corso" enrolments for all Bachelor's and Master's Degree courses Academic year 2024/2025

Applications for enrolment in years classified as “fuori corso” (Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses) for the academic year 2024/2025 must be submitted from 1 August 2024 to 28 February 2025 (from 1 March to 30 June 2025 with late payment interest charge).

It is possible in this case to carry out the procedure through the reserved area in the IULM University online services, under “Registration”.
The enrolment fee and contributions must be paid in a single instalment.

Any late payment will incur a penalty of €50 for single payments up to €3,000, and a penalty of €100 for higher amounts. In addition, all teaching and administrative activities will be blocked.
