Terroir, wine and brains: the value of knowledge for wine promotion in Italy and abroad. Monday, November 25, at 10 a.m. in room 603, in a Masterclass with the three Italian Masters of Wine: Gabriele Gorelli, Andrea Lonardi and Pietro Russo.

How does neuroscientific knowledge help us in wine promotion? How does terroir affect tasting? How can Italian wine be communicated in Italy and abroad?

Terroir affects wine tasting, and fine Italian wine can best be communicated by valuing its geographical and cultural history.

Professor Vincenzo Russo, Scientific Director of the IULM University Master's in Food & Wine Communication in collaboration with Gambero Rosso, will discuss this on Monday, November 25 at 10 a.m. in room 603 in a Masterclass with the three Italian Masters of Wine: Gabriele Gorelli, Andrea Lonardi and Pietro Russo

The Masters of Wine Institute  is the most authoritative and oldest wine organization in the world: https://www.mastersofwine.org

After Verona, at Vinitaly, and Vico Equense, in the Festa a Vico, in Milan there will be the third Masterclass by Gorelli, Lonardi and Russo for IULM students in a journey to discover Italian excellence.

Event reserved for students of the Master in Food & Wine Communication.
