Chef Bottura at IULM for Luxury Food Talk: a review between haute cuisine, luxury and communication
IULM University hosts "Luxury Food Talk," a series of meetings dedicated to the dialogue between haute cuisine, luxury and communication, curated by Professor Annalisa Cavaleri, professor of Anthropology of Food and Communication and Marketing of luxury food.
Starting on April 14, every Tuesday at 3 p.m. in IULM 6, the cycle will offer six appointments with some of the most authoritative protagonists of the sector, including star chefs and leading figures in luxury food, to explore communication strategies, business models and new trends in the sector.
