Dr. Quaratino delivers an open lecture on organizational well-being
A dialogue between students, businesses and academia on May 21
As part of the Human Resource Management course taught by Dr. Luca Quaratino within the Bachelor's Degree program in Tourism, Management and Culture on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, an open lecture will be held dedicated to a topic that is more relevant today than ever before: organizational well-being.
Increasingly, well-being in the workplace is a decisive criterion for new generations when choosing their career path. However, the expectations of young workers are sometimes in tension with the organizational needs of companies. How then to build a possible balance between these two poles?
Starting at 9 a.m., Room 133 will host an introductory lecture aimed at students in the course. This will be followed, from 10:30 a.m. to noon, by an open debate with the active involvement of industry professionals, company representatives, faculty and students from other courses-a valuable opportunity to compare visions, needs and possible solutions.
Participation is free while places last.
