On the occasion of Holocaust Memorial Day, the IULM community - faculty, students and technical-administrative staff - gathered for a guided tour of the Shoah Memorial in Milan. A moment of shared reflection to reaffirm the importance of historical memory as a tool to promote respect and awareness toward human rights and the dignity of every person.
We repropose here the recording of the speech by Liliana Segre, guest speaker in the 2019 cycle "The Laboratory of Ideas" organized by Prof. Mauro Ceruti. During the masterclass "Our Europe," the Senator spoke powerfully about the danger of indifference and the value of memory as a guide for the future.
