IULM to participate in the Piccolo Teatro's “Presente Indicativo – Milano Crocevia” Festival

IULM University will take active part in the "Presente Indicativo - Milano Crocevia" Festival, promoted by Milan's Piccolo Teatro, one of the most important events dedicated to the international contemporary scene.

As part of the Festival program, IULM will be involved in the project “The City of Arrival,” conceived and directed by artist and director Thomas Verstraeten. The performance will feature international students from six Milanese universities (in addition to IULM, Politecnico di Milano, Università Bocconi, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Università degli Studi di Milano-La Statale, and Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca), who will work together to create a multilingual performance, to be staged in the second half of May 2026.

The initiative represents an important opportunity for intercultural dialogue and artistic experimentation, in line with the University's international and interdisciplinary vocation.

The Festival enjoys the High Patronage of the President of the Italian Republic.
