Cristina Dell'Acqua, Lectures on Ancient Myths at IULM
Three sessions with Cristina Dell’Acqua to rediscover ancient myths and what they still have to tell about us. The sessions are part of “IULM Open Mind. Open Minds, Shared Knowledge,” one of the initiatives through which the University opens its classrooms to the city.
Starting October 19, Cristina Dell’Acqua will present The Gift of Myth: What the Ancients Knew About Us at IULM. Over the course of three lectures, the writer will revisit the stories of Helen, Odysseus, and the Sirens to explore the emotions and questions that ancient myths continue to evoke today. The sessions are open to students and the general public.
