IULM inaugurates new IULM Movie Lab and launches IULMPlay platform
On 25 June there was the inauguration of the new premises of IULM Movie Lab and the launch of IULM Play, the new digital platform for the viewing of audiovisual content produced and produced at the University
On 25 June, IULM University inaugurated the headquarters of IULM Movie Lab, an audiovisual production centre that has been implementing projects and initiatives in the field of audiovisuals for some time within the University, actively participating in national and international calls for proposals for the production of innovative works. On this occasion, the University inaugurated IULM Play, the new digital platform for the viewing of audiovisual content produced and produced at the University.
IULM Play has a dual purpose: on the one hand, it is a constantly updated archive of all the audiovisual material produced in the history of IULM, including institutional events, honorary degrees and masters, videos of lectures, masterclasses, performances, conferences, seminars and meetings; on the other hand, it collects and makes visible the best audiovisual content produced by students.
The platform is open to all students of all courses at the University, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration for the creation of work of excellence.
At the moment, more than two hundred videos are already uploaded to the portal and every week there will be new premieres.
