BIP PAROLO 2026: IULM stars in Rotterdam with students from Milan, London and Paris
Once again this year, for the fourth consecutive edition, IULM University participated in the PAROLO project, an initiative that brought together students from Milan, London, Paris, and Rotterdam.
The 2026 edition of the BIP PAROLO project involved 10 students from the IULM program in Corporate Communication and Public Relations and participants from EFAP Paris, the University of the Arts London, and from the host institution: Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (RUAS).
The project involves designing a public relations campaign for a real-world client: this year, the client was Ascent. The Dutch fragrance company provided a brief that the inter-university groups initially worked on remotely and then in person in Rotterdam for five days.
During the implementation phase, students attended lectures led by international faculty and industry professionals. After presenting their work to the company, the winning group—which includes two IULM students—will have the opportunity to see their idea come to life.
The project is part of the BIP (Blended Intensive Programmes) funded by the Erasmus+ project. In line with the principles of the European Union, the experience allowed the students to challenge themselves in an international context, developing project management and interpersonal skills.
