Behind the Scenes at the Venice Film Festival: Alberto Barbera at IULM
On October 26, the artistic director of the Venice Film Festival will meet with students to discuss the organization of a major festival, as part of Giulio Sangiorgio’s course.
On Monday, October 26, at 3:00 p.m., IULM University will host Alberto Barbera, artistic director of the Venice International Film Festival, for a discussion titled “Organizing a Festival: The Case of the Venice Film Festival.”
The event will take place as part of the course “Workshop on the Organization and Management of Festivals and Film Series,” taught by IULM professor Giulio Sangiorgio, and will offer students an opportunity to engage with the director of one of the most important international film festivals.
The session, open to all students, will be held in Room 114, IULM 1.
