Graduation Day

News - 25 August 2020

The Graduation Day will be held from 14 to 18 September. Read the safety rules to be respected and fill out the registration form to take part in the event.

As announced by the Rector, from 14 to 18 September 2020 will take place the Graduation Day ceremony to celebrate all graduates who have completed their course in telematic mode in recent months.

To ensure the implementation of the anti covid protocol and to be able to celebrate in safety by reducing the occasions of contact, the ceremonies of proclamation and delivery of the parchment will be organized over several days: the date and time of the proclamations will be communicated only to the personal email address of those directly involved.

The particular conditions of the Graduation Day do not allow to comply with any request to change the assigned shift (unless exceptionally for serious and documented reasons, with the explicit authorization of the University).

In addition, to allow an organization compatible with the health restrictions still in force, those wishing to participate in the event must confirm their presence no later than August 30, 2020 by filling out the booking form sent by email. Failure to complete the booking form by August 30, 2020 will be considered as not interested in participating in the event.

Also for safety reasons, a maximum of two accompanying persons per graduate is allowed. The details of the accompanying persons must be indicated on the booking form. The names of the accompanying persons may not be changed (except exceptionally for serious and documented reasons, with the explicit authorization of the University).

The ceremony will be streamed ( details will be given in the days before the event), so that it can be shared - at least virtually - with all the relatives and friends who cannot be physically present.

The information about the photo shoot is available at this link, where you can download the release form to be signed for the authorization to audio/video shooting.
