Silvia Vergani holds a degree in Public Relations from IULM University in Milan and has been working in corporate communication since 1998. After gaining experience in product communication, she joined Burson-Marsteller in 2003, where she had the opportunity to contribute to numerous projects for companies across various industries, from technology to energy, from food to manufacturing. In 2015, she decided to continue her career as an independent consultant, and the following year she founded the agency B-Story, through which she supports various Italian and multinational organizations in different areas of corporate communication, internal communication, events, and crisis communication.
In addition to her consulting work, Silvia Vergani is also a trainer: she designs and delivers training courses for businesses, public entities, and professionals on topics such as building effective communication strategies, engaging traditional, digital, and social media, and managing media relations in both ordinary and crisis situations.
From an educational perspective, Silvia Vergani is devoted to media education and collaborates with the Center for Media Literacy, creating educational programs for teachers and students at all school levels. She is also a member of MED – the Italian Media Education Association.
