Researcher, Consultant and Lecturer in Generative Creativity
For the past twenty years, I have been researching and experimenting in the field of creativity, with the aim to facilitate and develop people and systems’ creative processes.
The value of my approach, I believe, is the result of a contamination between academic teaching and learning, corporate consultancy projects, and my work with children.
It is my belief that creativity is the tool that the brain uses to survive and evolve. It uses different intelligences that each individual or systems have developed and combines them in order to fulfill needs.
This assumption has opened the doors of creativity to the people I have been working with and has encouraged me to provide examples of its improvement through exercise and facilitation.
Through trials and errors, I have designed and developed a seven-step process which help people to exercise the creative process. Also, having a coaching approach has allowed me to help people face obstacles that limit their creativity.
To summarize, the milestones in my career have been:
Training:

- Five-year Degree in Design from the Politecnico di Milano (2001): The importance of projects as a universal language for evolution; the value of transdisciplinary and trancultural team relationships for the development of creative processes.
- Life Coaching course (2005): I have mastered facilitation tools to develop soft and creative skills and remove constraints on creativity in people, teams and systems.
Work experience:

- Teaching at university level (since 2002). Lecturer in Product Design; Metaproject; Empowerment of Creative, Transdisciplinary and Transcultural Teams; Creativity and Design Labs; Development of Design and Fashion Academic Programs.

- Corporate Consultancy (since 1999): Design of Games for Training and Instruction. Design and implementation of creative processes for businesses. Coaching of creative team members and managers. Creative Project management. Idea Communication.

- Research, design and development of a learning process based on creative strategies for children from 6 months to 18 years of age. Design of the learning process, teacher training and development laboratory programs.
My Project: In increasingly complex contexts and richer in opportunities, my need is to support people and systems at any level, in the discovery and development of their creative potential whatever the initial conditions. Through activities, valid processes and tools, I want to support people and systems in their way to independently managing constraints on creativity so that they can achieve their goals.
