CURRENT POSITION:
Associate Professor of Corporate Communication at IULM University, Milan, Italy, where she is Coordinator of the Bachelor programme in Corporate Communication and Public Relations; Vice Director at the Department of Business, Law, Economics and Consumer Behavior; founder and Director of the Centre for Employee Relations and Communication; Program Director of the Master of Arts in International Communication (3 semesters program); member of the Faculty of the Doctoral Programme in Communication Markets and Society. Chair of the Geert Hofstede Consortium.
She has been visiting professor at University of Lund, Sweden, in 2019; University of Vilnius, Lithuania, in 2017; Aarhus University, Denmark, in 2013 and 2010; Baruch College/CUNY, USA, in 2011.
Member of the Editorial Board of academic journals and ad hoc reviewer for several journals. Member of the academic associations: AIDEA, CCI, ECREA, SIM, SIMA.
Recognition and Scientific Awards: National Scientific Qualification as Full Professor (2017), IPRR Three Top Papers Award 2016, Outstanding paper Award Winner at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2014, Highly Commended Award Winner at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2012, Emerald Literati Network Outstanding Reviewer 2011 for work on Corporate Communications, Emerald Highly Commended Paper Academic – Conference on Corporate Communication 2010.
