CURRENT POSITION:
Associate Professor of Management at IULM University, Milan, Italy, where she teaches Corporate Communication, Brand e corporate communication, Internal Communication and Change Management, Organization Theories and Human Resourses Management.
She is also Coordinator of the Bachelor program in Corporate Communication and Public Relations; founder and Director of the Centre for Employee Relations and Communication; member of the Faculty of the Doctoral Program in Communication Markets and Society.
She has been visiting professor at the Department of Strategic Communication, University of Lund, Campus Helsingborg, Sweden, in 2019; at the Faculty of Communication, University of Vilnius, Lithuania, in 2017; at the Centre for Corporate Communication, Aarhus University, Denmark, in 2013 and 2010; at Department of Communication Studies, Baruch College/CUNY, USA, in 2011.
Member of the Editorial Advisory Board of academic journals: Corporate Communications: An International Journal, International Journal of Strategic Communication and ad hoc reviewer for several journals. Member of the academic associations: AIDEA, ASSIOA, ECREA, SIM, SIMA.
Recognition and Scientific Awards: National Scientific Qualification as Full Professor (2017), IPRR Three Top Papers Award 2016, Outstanding paper Award Winner at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2014, Highly Commended Award Winner at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2012, Emerald Literati Network Outstanding Reviewer 2011 for work on Corporate Communications, Emerald Highly Commended Paper Academic – Conference on Corporate Communication 2010.
