- Degree in Economics and Business from L. Bocconi University in 1993 with a thesis entitled: "Social Doctrine of the Church and Stakeholder Approach: a comparative analysis".
Professional experience
- CESAD/bocconi University scholarship for the years 1993-1995, at the Institute of Business Economics of Bocconi University.
- Collaborator for the Strategy Area of SDA Bocconi for the years 1993 - 1998.
- Since 1995, Director of Operations at the Istituto per i Valori d'Impresa (ISVI) in Milan, a research centre on Corporate Social Responsibility issues. Since 2009, Director General of the same Institute.
- From 1999 to 2006, for the Italian Association of Family Businesses (AIdAF) responsible for publications, website and Secretary of the Board of Directors.
- Since 2001, lecturer at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
- Since 2004, collaborator for ALTIS - Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
- Since 2005, Responsible for the didactic coordination of the advanced training course on CSR of ALTIS-Catholic University.
- From 2006 to 2012, member of the Management Committee of the CSR Manager Network Italia, the Italian network of managers who oversee the areas of social responsibility in their respective companies. Since 2012, Secretary General of the same.
- Since 2014, Member of the Board of Directors of the Costa Crociere Foundation.
- Since 2016, on behalf of the CSR Manager Network, she has been coordinating international relations activities, managing the Secretariat of EASP (European Association of Sustainable Professionals, which includes associations from Italy, France, Spain, Germany and the United Kingdom) and organising the activities of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) for Italy.

University courses
- In the academic year 2001/2002 and 2002/2003, she was a lecturer in the field of business economics (module I) at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
- From the academic year 2002/2003 to the year 2011/2012, contract professor at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart for the teaching of Social Ethics.
- From 2012 to 2015, teacher for the course "Business Economics" at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Faculty of Economics.
- From the academic year 2013-2014, in charge of the course of Economics of tourism companies at the Free University of Languages and Communication IULM.

- From 2003 to 2006, she was a lecturer in the Master in Economics and Ethics of Tourism at the University of Bologna (Rimini) for Ethics and Management.
- In 2004, she taught the English language course "Project Abroad" organized by the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and the University of Monterey (Mexico).
- From 2004 to 2006, lecturer in Social and Environmental Report as part of the Master's Degree in Governance, Internal Control Systems and Auditing organized by the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan and ENI.

Distance learning
- Since 2011, Responsible for ALTIS for distance learning for Euronics.
- For Enel, editor of the text of the courses on corporate social responsibility and the code of ethics. The first of the two courses was selected by PRIME (Principles for Responsible Management Education) as a benchmark on the subject for the FAD courses of major business schools.
