Irene Orlandazzi holds the contract for the official German Literature course within the Interpreting and Communication degree program.
LINES OF RESEARCH
Eighteenth-century German literature (Goethezeit, Sturm und Drang); literary anthropology; dialogue between literature and cognitive neuroscience (Neurohumanities); emotions and literature; neurohermeneutics and text reception studies; intimate and autobiographical writing. He is a member of the Italian Association of Germanistics (AIG), the Italian Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies (SISSD), the International Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies, and the International Society of the Empirical Study of Literature (IGEL).
