CURRENT POSITION
Chair of the Museums, Interculturality, Inclusivity teaching of the Faculty of Arts, Fashion and Tourism.
LINES OF RESEARCH:
Since 2012 I have been collaborating with the Museum of Cultures in Milan, where I was recently appointed curator of the African section. I participated in the curation of the museum's first permanent exhibition ("Objects of Encounter," October 2015). Since 2021 I have been collaborating in the management of the intercultural project with diaspora communities. I have designed workshops, events and lectures related to the museum's activities and exhibitions. I work with members of communities of origin to reinterpret cultural heritage from a decolonial perspective. I am co-curator of the podcast "Beyond the Showcase," organized with Chora Media.
