Funding for incoming mobility of Ukrainian students
In order to further support Ukrainian students, on an exceptional basis it is possible to fund incoming mobility projects for study, reserved for students enrolled at a Ukrainian university at the time of their flight from Ukraine.
To safeguard the quality of activities and their implementation, the following additional flexibility measures apply:
- Students will be able to apply directly to IULM University;
- An inter-institutional agreement between IULM University and the Ukrainian university will not be required;
- Nominations will not be required;
- The Learning Agreement can only be signed by the student and IULM University;
- IULM University will welcome incoming students without applying deadlines for nominations.
Ukrainian students will still need to submit at least one of the following documents: enrollment certificates, statements issued by Ukrainian universities or relevant Ukrainian authorities.

In addition, partner universities wishing to send more students than the number agreed on in the bilateral agreements can send them as visiting students.
IULM University accepts a limited number of applications per semester; students who apply for the second semester (February-July) are more likely to be admitted. For the academic year 2023/2024, the enrollment in the program costs €1,800 per semester and € 3,400 for the entire academic year. The student must submit the payment after receiving the confirmation of acceptance to the program and before the beginning of the semester, following the instructions received from the Study Abroad Office.
