Diva-ism. Cinema, television, web

In contemporary societies, diva-ism enjoys extraordinary success and seems to be present everywhere. In Italy, so far, it has not been greatly considered and this book is the first to try to focus on it systematically. In particular, the author deals with diva-ism from the point of view of its evolution, analyzing the important relationships it has had with cinema, television and the web. It also examines ten emblematic characters of the different characteristics that diva-ism has assumed over the years: Rodolfo Valentino, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Michael Jordan, Kate Moss, Angelina Jolie, Maurizio Cattelan, Lady Gaga, Carlo Cracco, David Bowie.
