Monitoring of internal communication activities

Auchan has launched a major organizational restructuring project called "Together for Ten Years" with the definition of new core values to be disseminated among its 300,000 employees worldwide. The research project aimed to identify a dashboard of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the internal communication process that accompanied the organizational restructuring. In particular, the project aimed to set up a strategic measurement plan for the company in order to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the individual internal communication tools used, and also included the preparation of a questionnaire to monitor the alignment of employees with the desired strategic identity.
