D&I, The Value Of Diversity
Monday, April 3 from 2 to 4 p.m., Room 146, IULM 6 the conference D&I, The Value Of Diversity
The issue of inclusion and valuing diversity in the workplace is increasingly central to companies: managing heterogeneity, ensuring equity of treatment and inclusion, and simultaneously valuing diversity brings with it multiple opportunities and new challenges.
Strategically defined Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policies and high managerial skills in recognizing and managing the underlying value of diversity foster organizational well-being, strengthen employee loyalty and support the drive for innovation and change, just as the ability to communicate one's commitment to strategically coordinated DE&I initiatives is often the key to attracting top talent.
IULM University is organizing, in collaboration with International Corporate Communication Hub, a multi-voice discussion with managers, industry experts and academics to explore the topic of inclusion and diversity with the aim of tracing its potential and limitations for companies and communicators.
