Supervisory Body

The Supervisory Body has the task of supervising the functioning of and compliance with the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

It is an autonomous, independent control body, characterised by the requirements of honour, probity and professionalism; it remains in office for three years.
