Board of Auditors

The Board of Auditors oversees the administrative and accounting management of IULM University. It remains in office for three years and is renewable.

The Board of Statutory Auditors consists of a representative appointed by the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research (MIUR) to act as chairperson from among officials working at the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research, and two standing members appointed by the Board of Directors.
The Board is chosen from among people with recognised technical and professional skills in the field of financial administration and accounting, and who are listed in the register of statutory auditors
