Graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Turin, she has carried out research and teaching activities at the University of Bergamo, at the IULM and at the University of Milan (Faculty of Letters and later Department of Sciences of Linguistic Mediation and Intercultural Studies).
Associate professor for the scientific discipline L-LIN/21 (Slavistics), incardinated at UNIMI until 2016, he held courses in Russian Language and Literature, Russian Culture and Theory and Technique of Russian Translation.
He has been a member of the Doctoral School of Linguistic, Literary and Intercultural Studies in Europe and beyond.
He has coordinated the research unit of the University of Milan within the projects PRIN 2005/ 2007 and 2009 on Russian emigration to Italy (www.russinitalia.it);
He has coordinated a project Cariplo 2009 on Russian art in Milan in the twentieth century w
ww.arterussamilano.it He is currently responsible for a research project in collaboration with the Arnoldo and Alberto Mondadori Foundation and the Museo Marina Cvetaeva in Moscow.
He is a member of the Associazione Slavisti Italiani (AIS) and of the Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies (ASEEES).
He has participated in numerous international conferences.
She has been an Erasmus exchange referent and Tempus/Eacea project coordinator with the Russian Federation.
