Here at IULM, we understand Communication as a deeply human dimension. At the heart of our critical approach to reality lies the belief in Communication as the human capacity to understand and be understood, to share knowledge, and in Reason as the primary tool of connection.

IULM University believes in being an active part of the social community - in upholding the values that make us human. For this reason, throughout 2025, it has launched a series of integrated education and solidarity initiatives:

• Accademia dei giorni straordinari (Academy of Extraordinary Days), Baranzate: an urban regeneration project responding to educational poverty, in collaboration with La Rotonda Foundation.
• The University for the Cure: a residential learning initiative in collaboration with VIDAS.
• The University for Residential Care Homes: a social inclusion project designed to enhance the wellbeing of older people within their communities, in collaboration with Amplifon Foundation.
