The 1st level Master's Degree in Food&Wine Communication is the result of the collaboration between IULM University and Gambero Rosso, Europe's largest publishing and multimedia food and wine group. The master aims to train professionals and experts in marketing and communication of the food and wine sector, preparing them to enter the labor market.
The figures that the educational path forms have the ability, through all the tools and knowledge provided, to enhance the products and riches of the national and international cultural heritage in food and wine.
The aim is to impart the most refined and innovative communication techniques to be applied professionally in a diversified and multitasking mode.
The Master is aimed at students with an old or a new curriculum degree, obtained from Italian or other European universities, as well as graduates from universities outside Europe with a qualification equivalent to an Italian degree, interested in developing skills related to promotion, communication and marketing in the Food & Wine sector.
