Objectives
  • to develop and to disseminate cultural awareness of organizational communication and relationships
  • to promote knowledge exchange between IULM University and companies
  • to sustain research:
    • relevant for companies
    • consistent with scientific criteria
Activities
  • temporary working group on a specific research topic including a limited number of companies
  • study on employee communication practices and trends in Italy
  • public events
  • academic and professional publications
  • training on topics related to employee relations and communication and organizational communication
  • consulting services
  • research projects commissioned or funded by a single company or third parties
Multi-company Working Group
  • founded within the CERC
  • involves a limited number of companies
  • conducts a two-year research project focused on a shared topic
  • three meetings per year with company partners in order to update the participants on research results and analyse relevant topics for the Group. The meetings aim to address specific objectives in a peer to peer environment
  • continues the activity run by the Working Group Employee Communication in 2016-2018
