Retail People Quality was created to measure the well-being and quality of working life of the sales force in the retail sector using simple and robust indicators. The goal is to understand how the people who represent the brand at the point of sale are doing, and to build healthier, more stable, and more sustainable relationships with them.


The Observatory of Retail Brand Communication is the research center of IULM University dedicated to the observation of the evolution of retail, which today is inextricably linked to the communication and value creation processes related to brand development. The Observatory works closely with trade associations, research centers, universities and retail companies. One of its main objectives is to monitor the evolution of the role and contribution of human capital in the continuous transformation of the retail industry.
