- The Working Group Employee Communication (WG_EC) is CERC's multi-company
research group dedicated to a two-year special project in partnership with a limited group of companies
- It shares with CERC the mission of developing and spreading the culture of organizational relations and employee communication. It also has the specific objective of promoting knowledge exchange between Università IULM and companies
- It carries out a research project on an agreed topic. Partner companies and IULM researchers meet on a regular basis throughout the year to conduct the study, share updates on the results of the research project, and delve into topics of interest for the WG_EC. The meetings are aimed at defined
objectives and conducted in a peer-to-peer context
- It wants to represent a think tank on the topics of organizational relationship management and employee communication: a stimulus and reference
point in this area for the professionals of partner companies, the professional community of reference and the proximal professional communities
- It intends to develop within the international scientific and professional
network in the area of organizational relationship management and employee communication, and contribute to the education of future generations of experts in this context
