Mario Coletti works with executives and organisations in almost every industry to improve their leadership, management and communication skills to exceed on company goals and drive business results. He focuses on ethical and sustainable development projects for large organisations and on passing on know-how to new generations. He works with universities such as IULM to prepare the leaders and managers of the future.
Today, he is a recognised expert in artificial intelligence in the fields of data analysis and marketing. He provides his expertise to companies and universities involved in business transformation, organisational design and development. He works full-time as Managing Director of Nextatlas, an A.I.-driven data and analytics company, and as an adjunct professor at IULM, where he teaches Marketing A.I.
Previously, he was Principal of Customer Experience and Business Analytics at Capgemini Consulting in the UK, where he led digital transformation projects focused on consumer data analytics, digital marketing implementation, and operational design and capabilities frameworks.
Prior to Capgemini, he was Strategy and Planning Director at Geometry Global / Ogilvy / WPP and Partner and Global Marketing & Technology Director at Sparco S.p.A. He has also held senior marketing and branding roles at BP and Castrol International.
After 26 years in the UK, he now lives in Italy and regularly travels around Europe and the UK for work when required.
Mario holds a Master Certificate in Strategic Foresight from EDHEC Business School, a Master Certificate in Strategic Business Implications of AI from MIT SLOAN, certificates in Professional Coaching and Strategic Marketing and a Master Degree in Agricultural Sciences from the State University of Milan.
