Employee listening survey

Year 2019

The "Employee Listening Survey" research project was commissioned from the Centre for Employee Relations and Communication (CERC) by Unicoop Florence.

The CERC:

• developed an ad hoc questionnaire on topics relevant to the client
• processed the survey data, with the production of a commented report
• prepared the research tool for the interviews carried out after the survey on the questionnaire in order to provide further insights in the reading of the results by means of further listening activities
• analyzed and summarized the main findings from the interviews to highlight the diagnostic elements and prefigure lines of action
• defined indications for a strategy of continuous listening
