On Graduation Day, during the recognition process, graduating students must hand in the completed and signed Release and Authorisation for Photos and Audio/Video Recordings. You can download it at this page.
Starting from the November 2018 graduation session, IULM University has chosen to appoint a single photography studio for the exclusive provision of photographic services.
Two official photographers chosen by IULM University will be present during the Graduation Day ceremony.
For each graduating student, the photographic service will cover the act of proclamation and the act of awarding the parchment. In compliance with regional and national regulations on health emergencies, it will not be possible to ask the official photographers to take photographs other than those planned (act of proclamation and act of handing over the parchment). After the ceremony, on request, it will be possible to take further photographs outside the premises.
