Patrizia Rappazzo, graduated in Philosophy, specialized in Social Communications and Artistic Languages in Hellenic Psychology, professional journalist since 1991, has worked for years at Mediaset curating for Channel 5 the column 'The Cinema on Television' and for the Tg of the three networks, with services of cinema and entertainment; since 1996, she has been the artistic director of Sguardi Altrove Film Festival, of which she is also responsible for the parallel section 'Beyond Cinema' with annual exhibitions at the Triennale di Milano; since 2012, she has been in charge of the Training Sector of Milano Film Network, the network that unites the seven excellent festivals of Milanese cinema. From 2000 to 2012, she was a researcher at IRRE Lombardia dealing with cinema and didactics and today she is the contact person for cinema and theatre projects for USR Lombardia. Since 1997, she has collaborated with the daily newspaper Il Giornale, for which she has been responsible for the weekly column of Cinema, and with other national newspapers and specialized magazines of cinema and theatre. She has edited numerous entries in the Dictionary of Entertainment, Baldini and Castoldi. She lives and works in Milan.
