Stefano Maggi is the Senior Vice President of Plus Company, a global network of creative agencies present in 15 countries, with more than 3,000 employees.
Stefano is the Regional Lead for the EU area at We Are Social, co-founder and CEO in Italy and Spain.
Since 2019, Stefano has been a lecturer at IULM University, focusing on various courses, including: creative communication strategies, digital and social media creative communication, creative online content, and the workshop "Beyond the screens: social creativity”.
In 2016, he co-founded the craft beer brand Vetra, focusing on lifestyle and street culture.
In 2010, together with Gabriele Cucinella and Ottavio Nava, he founded We Are Social Italy, an international communication agency specializing in social media communication and marketing.
From 2010 to the present, he has overseen the growth of We Are Social in Italy (first as Managing Director, then as CEO) and abroad, as a member of the agency's global board.
He began his advertising communication career as an account at Agency.com, a digital and creative communication agency of the TBWA / Omnicom group. Stefano has directed his professional path towards strategic planning, becoming head of experience planning. It was during his time at Agency.com that he began collaborating with his friends Gabriele Cucinella and Ottavio Nava, future business partners.
Stefano obtained his high school diploma in scientific studies at the G. B. Grassi State Scientific High School in Lecco. He graduated in 2004 in Communication Sciences and Technologies at IULM University, where two years later he obtained a Master's Degree in Communication and Strategy of Brand and Consumer.
