Costanza is currently working in sustainability for Vodafone Italy S.p.A. and managing philanthropic programmes for Vodafone Italy Foundation. She has an MA in Cultural and Intercultural project management obtained at the University Bordeaux Montaigne with a final dissertation on CSR, Philanthropy and corporate foundations.
She completed the Business Sustainability Management course at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
From 2015-2019 she worked for Young Film Academy in London, a social enterprise in the education sector.
Previously, she worked in Brussels for two cultural networks in the cultural sector.
She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
