Digital Marketing & Social Business Advisor, has professionally dealt with digital marketing since 1998. Electronic engineer with a strong passion for digital marketing, he obtained the Executive MBA at MIP, Politecnico di Milano in 2003.
After having worked for about 20 years as a Manager in important companies in the Telco & Internet sector (Italtel, Vodafone, TIM and Matrix Virgilio), in 2011 he founded DML, a consulting and digital services company, in 2012 he created Social Minds, Observatory of Research on Social Media and in 2015 he co-founded the startup AffinityMatters whose focus is to provide digital insights based on psycholinguistics models and artificial intelligence schemes.
In 2016 he launched the LinkedInForBusiness project.
Author of some books, including "LinkedIn Tips", (DF Editore 2018), Social Sellling (DF Editore 2016), "How to use LinkedIn for your business" (DF Editore 2016) and “Advertising on LinkedIn (DF Editore 2019). In 2014 he published “Successful companies on social media” for Hoepli Editore. His first book "Making business with the web" (Lupetti Editore) dates back to 2006.
Leonardo is a lecturer at the Executive Master in Social Media Marketing of the IULM of which he is part of the Scientific Committee, lecturer and scientific director of the Social Networks strategy course at Osservatori.net, Department of Digital Innovation of the Politecnico di Milano and Professor at the Master in Communication for Creative Industries at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
