Companies route
The Career Service and Business Relations Office is the point of reference for companies interested in hosting a student or graduate of IULM University. The internship is an opportunity for training and it is therefore important that the company is aware of the role it plays in enriching the training and professional knowledge of students / graduates of IULM University.
The Career Service and Business Relations Office provides a platform developed in collaboration with Almalaurea where companies can manage in an integrated way some services: the notice board of internship and job offers, the Curriculum database and the procedures for the activation of internships.
Notice board job offers and internships
It's a virtual showcase in which you can publish free of charge your offers of internships and jobs that will be available only to students and graduates of the University. The service allows you to receive directly the curricula of the candidates.
The procedures for the activation of the internship
Companies interested in activating internships must register on the online platform by clicking on the link Registration page in the case of first access, while on Access for companies already registered if the first access has already taken place. The company will then be guided in the compilation of the necessary documents (convention and training and orientation project).
To start the internship it is essential that the host company signs an agreement with IULM University, whose request will be made directly through online procedure. The agreement regulates the basic relations between the two parties for the purpose of including students and IULM graduates as interns in the company structures.
Once the agreement has been stipulated, the company must upload the training project for the chosen student/graduate to the platform. For each trainee, according to Ministerial Decree 142/1998, a "training and guidance project" must be signed by those directly concerned, which establishes the place, duration and content of the traineeship, reporting the details of the INAIL and civil liability insurance taken out by the University.
In the event that the Company has identified the candidate (Student / IULM graduate) through other channels, it is still necessary to access the platform for the compilation of the convention and training project.
