To develop and disseminate communication culture and organizational relations promote knowledge exchange between IULM University and companies support research activities that is: relevant to companies by supporting the development of innovative management practices consistent with sound scientific criteria

Working Group Employee Relations

Working Group Employee Relations (WG_EC @CERC) is established within the OERC with a time span of two years. 

IULM partner companies and researchers meet 3 times a year for updates on the results of the research project and for in-depth studies on topics of interest to the Group. The meetings are aimed at defined objectives and in a peer to peer context.
