Purpose:

To develop and disseminate communication culture and organizational relations promote knowledge exchange between IULM University and companies support research activities that is: relevant to companies by supporting the development of innovative management practices consistent with sound scientific criteria

Activities:

Two-year multi-company working group for thematic research projects, periodic report on internal communication in Italy, free events open to the public academic and informative publications to spread the results of the research carried out training on employee relations and communication and organisational communication consulting research projects commissioned or financed by companies or bodies

Working Group Employee Relations

Working Group Employee Relations (WG_EC @CERC) is established within the OERC with a time span of two years. 

IULM partner companies and researchers meet 3 times a year for updates on the results of the research project and for in-depth studies on topics of interest to the Group. The meetings are aimed at defined objectives and in a peer to peer context.
