After the master's degree you will be able to fill key roles for companies in the sector such as: Product and Brand Manager, Licensee Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Communication Officer for Event Management, Fairs and Public Relations operators, Press Office and Events Officer, Researcher and Analyst of retail and product trends, Business Development Manager, Wellness and Spa Manager
At the end of the course, the Master's Coordination will present a proposal for an Internship to each student attending the course
In previous years internships have been activated with, among others, Sephora, Coty, Diego Dalla Palma, Clio Make-up, Cosmetics Italy, QC Terme, and Cosmoprof.

The Master consists of four modules of frontal classroom training, a period of internship in a company and a final test at the end of the course.
The course of the Master is made up of modules, workshops, exercises, internship and final exams. At the end of each module, there will be an exercise connected with a teaching workshop and students undergo an assessment test for the acquisition of course credits.
The projects developed during the Master and the final thesis project, directly linked to the reality and practical side of the world of work, will provide individual students with an important portfolio in terms of both content and experience in the field.

During the course of the Master learning will be assessed at specific moments by means of workshops and case studies, the latter provided directly by companies, in order to develop skills and abilities through field work. The aim is to train managers able to produce innovative business and communications for companies in the sector.
- Cosmetica Italia, the National Association of Cosmetic Companies, is fully involved in the management of the Master's program through lectures, study tours and project work in collaboration with its member companies.
- Visits to international trade fairs are planned, the most important of which is Cosmoprof in Bologna, where students will have the opportunity to visit, contact and discover what's newin beauty and wellness around the world. Cosmoprof will be for the entire duration of the event.
- Some of the most significant companies, such as QC Terme, are promoters of study tours and visits to company's corporate facilities.
