The Master's teaching consists of lessons, design workshops and lectures by leading figures in the world of food and agribusiness: chefs, entrepreneurs, managers, journalists, food critics, designers and architects, publishers, and producers.
Visits to food companies, sales points and concept stores, innovative catering venues, important trade fairs and events (Salone del Gusto, Vinitaly, Identità Golose) are also planned.
