The Master's course wants to transfer knowledge and technical, operational and managerial skills to managers and entrepreneurs wishing to undergo concrete specialist training.

Profiles will be formed that can guide omni-channel transformation, with awareness of the enabling factors of the transformation, from the centrality of the brand to that of the customer, from the integrated management of customer data to inventory management and logistics.
