The Executive Master in Communication & Human Resources, created in collaboration with LabLaw, aims to develop a complete and updated HR skills profile, laying the foundations for significant professional growth.
The 2020-2021 edition is delivered in Blended format and combines the acquisition of theoretical notions in distance learning format (Off Campus) with the development of application skills through learning laboratories (On Campus). The "Blended formula" offers the opportunity to reconcile class attendance with a work activity without giving up the opportunity to discuss with colleagues, company witnesses and teachers, in particular during the ON Campus workshops.
The Master's course encourages the consolidation of a wide range of skills that make it possible to operate at three hundred and sixty degrees in the HR function, with particular attention to the issues of organizational communication, the use of new digital media and the management of the employment relationship and union relations. At the end of the course, participants, in addition to having acquired specific professional content essential to operate effectively in their field of activity, will have developed an integrated vision of the HR function and will be able to effectively communicate with internal clients and with external counterparts.
Lab Law and CERC collaborated to the past editions of the Master.
