Listening, intelligence and analytics of web and social environments
The training objective of the module is to generate in the participants the knowledge and skills necessary to implement in a finalized, conscious and scientifically founded way, all the activities of listening and monitoring of the network. Skills increasingly required as functional to detect both the behavior of users in different digital environments, as well as content and word of mouth generated by them in social environments.

The course is aimed at:
Professionals in corporate communication, marketing and public relations working in public and private companies, agencies, media centres and dealerships; freelance professionals working in the field of business consulting; graduates in disciplines related to communication sciences, public relations and advertising
The course aims to:
Deepen the necessary knowledge and fundamental skills for the understanding and use in a synergistic and strategic way of the main methods and tools for the detection and analysis of the profiles and behaviours of Internet users.

Days and times: Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. - Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., every other week.
Agreements have been made with hotels in the city that will apply special rates to course participants coming from outside Milan

- Strategies and models of web listening. Digital media planning strategy.
- Measurement and segmentation of digital audiences.
- Strategies and techniques of web analytics and behavioural targeting.
- Web analytics and web intelligence: define KPIs and interpret traffic data.
- Social Network Analysis.
