Dr. Giada Baldessarelli is a Research Fellow at Imperial College Business School (London) where she researches organizational creativity and teaches design thinking. She holds a PhD in Management from the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL, Switzerland). In her PhD, she explored the involvement of lay audiences in creative projects using qualitative methods. As part of her doctoral studies, she also spent 10 months as a visiting researcher at Stanford University (USA). Before joining EPFL, she graduated from Politecnico in Milano in Management Engineering and worked as a business analyst for a major management consulting firm.
