Since 2001, Professor of Business Organisation and holder of courses in Business Organisation and Human Resources Management and Organisation and Management of Business Networks.
From 1997 to 2000, he taught "Business Organization" at the Faculty of Economics of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan.
From 1980 to 1998, he was Research Director and lecturer in Business Organisation and Human Resource Management at the ISTUD (Institute for Management Studies).
He has gained many years of experience as a consultant on organizational development projects, research and training on behalf of major Italian and multinational companies, public bodies and international organizations
Areas of scientific interest.
He carries out research on the issues of design and implementation of organizational structures and systems, policies and techniques for human resources management, the implementation and evaluation of management training programs, management and development of small businesses, the dynamics of the labor market.
