Vladimir Stoiljkovic is Corporate Communication Manager at Haier Europe. In this role, he is responsible for the regional corporate communications strategy and activities, where he is shaping and boosting bestin-class communications and engagement programs internally and externally, including corporate branding, corporate events, corporate social media, international media relations, crisis management, corporate website, employer branding, and CSR and sustainability.
Before joining Haier Europe, he was a Group Internal Communication Specialist at Ferrero, where he was responsible for creating and implementing global internal communication strategies and programs aligned with the Company’s priorities and goals, to increase employee engagement and drive change management activities.
Before that, he was managing external communications and digital media properties at Whirlpool Corporation for the EMEA region. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing activities for all corporate-owned channels, including the development of the corporate social media strategy, social advertising, crisis management, employer branding, and employee advocacy, among others.
Vladimir holds a Master's degree in Management Engineering (Politecnico di Milano, Italy) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technologies (Faculty of Organizational Sciences – University of Belgrade, Serbia).
